📐 Value proposition metrics
Primary metrics
What are primary metrics?
Primary metrics are those that we impact directly with the performance of the device. These metrics constitute the foundation of how we improve other metrics.
Improve diagnostic performance of HCPs
Diagnostic performance is measured, most typically, through the metrics of sensitivity, specificity, and area under the curve.
Key performance metrics
- Increase in the diagnostic accuracy of primary care HCP
- Increase in the diagnostic accuracy of secondary care HCP
- Decrease in inter-observer variability in measuring severity
- Increase in the reliability of scoring system scores

Secondary metrics
What are primary metrics?
Those metrics that we impact only as a consequence of improving the primary metrics. These metrics, however, also constitute the basis of further metrics.
Prioritisation
Key performance metrics
- Increase triage performance based on malignancy: compare performance in malignant lesions of the device against the primary care HCP
- Increase the performance of the triage by severity: compare performance in calculating scoring systems
- Increase in Levels of Differentiation. Instead of 3 ranges of priority, the device outputs a range from 0 to 100, with two decimals.

Top-level metrics
Clinical practice metrics
What are Top-level metrics?
These metrics use some of the previously mentioned metrics, alongside business metrics provided by third parties or the literature. As such, they can be expressed as equations that consider other metrics.
Referrals
- Increase in the adequacy of referrals
- Decrease of avoidable referrals
Time saving
- Time saving for patients
- Avoid commute to sites
- Time saving for primary care HCP
- Time saving for secondary care HCP, comprised of:
- Decrease the follow-up consultations for chronic patients with a treatment
- Decrease the number of accesory first-consult to reach a conclusive diagnosis
- Decrease banal referrals
- Decrease the duration of consultations
Business metrics
Number of patients
- Increase in number of patients that a specialist can care for
Quality of care
- Reduction in days of waiting list
Adherence to treatment
- Increase in the patient's adherence to treatment
