Description​

Upon a user-initiated request to perform a Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) assessment, the system shall calculate a quality of life score based on user-provided answers. The system shall perform the following integrated actions:

  1. Parse user input: The system parses the user's answer for each of the ten DLQI questionnaire items.
  2. Calculate score: The system shall calculate the final, composite DLQI score by summing the points associated with the user's answers for all ten questions.
  3. Assemble report: Generate and display a structured report that consolidates the assessment results. The report shall contain the following clearly labelled data points:
    • The final DLQI score and its corresponding interpretation (e.g., "Very large effect").
    • A list of all ten DLQI questions and the corresponding answer provided by the user.
