Description​
Upon a user-initiated request to perform a PURE-4 assessment, the system shall calculate a risk score based on user-provided answers. The system shall perform the following integrated actions:
- Parse user input: The system parses the user's answer ("Yes" or "No") for each of the four PURE-4 questionnaire items.
- Calculate score: The system shall calculate the final, composite PURE-4 score by summing the points associated with the user's answers for all four questions.
- Assemble report: Generate a structured report that consolidates the assessment results. The report shall contain the following clearly labelled data points:
- The final PURE-4 score and its corresponding interpretation (e.g., "Negative").
- A list of all four PURE-4 questions and the corresponding answer provided by the user
