Description​
Upon a user-initiated request to perform a Physician's Global Assessment (PGA), the system shall calculate a severity score based on user-provided scores for three clinical signs. The system shall perform the following integrated actions:
- Parse user input: The system parses the user's provided severity score for each of the three PGA clinical signs (Desquamation, Erythema, and Induration).
- Calculate score: The system shall calculate the final, composite PGA score based on the values of the three component signs provided by the user.
- Assemble report: Generate and display a structured report that consolidates the assessment results. The report shall contain the following clearly labelled data points:
- The final PGA score and its corresponding interpretation (e.g., "Mild").
- A breakdown of the severity score for each of the three clinical signs as provided by the user.
