Payment schedule

The implementation cost of €0.00 is paid in 1 installment(s) corresponding to the 100% of the total. This means that we will issue 1 invoice(s). The invoice will be issued at the time of the signature of the contract.


Terms and conditions​

  • There must be a contract between the parties before granting access to the services. Such a contract will regulate all aspects of the provision of the service, that exceed the scope and the purpose of this quotation. For that reason, this quotation is not legally binding and will be considered simply as a proposal for the future provision of the service, that will be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract. If no contract is signed, the quotation will be considered null and void.
  • All dates are displayed in YYYY-MM-DD format as defined by ISO 8601-1:2019.
  • Prices do not include taxes. Taxes will be added to the final invoice.
  • The Basic customer support included in the license is provided by email from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1). It's aimed at troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring the correct operation of the software.
  • Licenses and any other operational items of the quotation are limited to the timeframe specified in the "Dates" section of this document. They cannot be used before or after the dates specified therein.
  • All services are provided remotely. If the client requires on-site services, the costs of travel, accommodation, and per diem will be added to the final invoice.
  • If the client needs to contract more hours for a particular service (e.g., consultancy or professional services), they will be provided at the same rate.
  • To help the client make use of the services contracted, the hours dedicated to consultancy and professional services will be monitored and communicated to the client regularly.
  • This proposal is valid until 2025-08-22 (YYYY-MM-DD).
