This includes both the implementation costs and the operational costs and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and conditions

• Following regulatory requirements and SOPs of the manufacturer, there must be a contract in place between the parties before granting access to the API. Such contract will regulate aspects that exceed the scope and the purpose of this quotation.
• All dates are displayed in YYYY-MM-DD format as defined by ISO 8601-1:2019.
• Prices do not include taxes. Taxes will be added to the final invoice.
• The Basic customer support included in the license is provided by email from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1). It's aimed at troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring the correct operation of the software.
• Licenses and any other operational items of the quotation are limited to the timeframe specified in the "Dates" section of this document and cannot be used before or after the dates specified therein.
• The Investigator's Manual includes the initial version, two rounds of revisions, and the final version.
• All services are provided remotely. In the event that the client requires on-site services, the costs of travel, accommodation, and per diem will be added to the final invoice.
• In the event that the client needs to contract more hours of a particular service (e.g. consultancy or professional services), they will be provided at the same rate.
• In order to help the client make use of the services contracted, the hours dedicated to consultancy and professional services will be monitored and communicated to the client on a regular basis.
• The platform will be offered "as is," according to the configuration assigned by the Provider at any given time.
• The Provider may modify the Platform by incorporating improvements, adding or removing functionalities, updating it, making changes to its interface, etc. Such modifications shall not be considered a change in the services or the granted License of Use, nor shall they be deemed a custom development in favor of the Client.

• This proposal is valid until 2025-08-22 (YYYY-MM-DD).
