Information clause on the processing of personal data in contracts

How to use

Copy everything below this point and paste it into contracts with customers, suppliers or collaborators. It is designed to work as another clause of the same contract where you regulate the terms of the service

When to use

All contracts with suppliers or customers must include a data protection clause. This one specifically is for those case were we act as data controllers.

Data protection​

In compliance with the provisions of the regulations on data protection, we inform you that we will process the personal data you provided through this contract in a mixed manner (automated or not).

The purpose of this data processing will be in accordance with the purposes indicated in this contract.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties and will be kept for the duration of the relationship. Once that time has elapsed, the data will be blocked solely and exclusively for the purpose of dealing with possible responsibilities that may arise in response to the contractual relationship.

At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or opposition, by writing to the email address legal@legit.health.

We also inform you that you can go to the Data Protection Agency to assert your data protection rights.
