When to use

Use this when you have an inbox or a page that receives resumees or data about candidates for job positions.

Data protection information for candidates​

In compliance with the provisions of the regulations on data protection, we inform you that the personal data that you have provided with your resume or that you have sent in any other way, will be treated in a mixed way (automated or not) by us.

The purpose of this data processing is the management of our personnel selection processes and is based on your prior consent. We will keep your data for one year, after which they will be cancelled. You are also informed that no automated decisions will be made.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties.

At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or opposition, by writing to the email legal@legit.health. We also inform you that you can go to the Control Authority to assert your data protection rights.
