Selection description​

We have chosen to use Hubspot as our CRM, as it allows us:

  • All-in-one solution: HubSpot is an all-in-one CRM, which means that it includes a wide range of tools and features beyond just contact management. HubSpot offers marketing automation, sales automation, customer service tools, and more. This is beneficial for startups like ours that are looking to streamline our workflow and reduce the number of tools we need to use.

  • Integration with other tools: HubSpot integrates with a wide range of other tools and platforms, including Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, and more. This make it easier to manage contacts and data across different platforms and tools we have in place.

  • Customization options: HubSpot is highly customizable, which means that it can be tailored to our specific needs and workflows. This can be especially important for startups like us that are still figuring out their processes and need a CRM that can adapt to changes and growth.

  • User-friendly interface: HubSpot is known for its user-friendly interface, which can make it easier for our team to learn and use. This can be especially important for startups like us that may not have a dedicated IT team or extensive training resources.
