Human Resources

Requirements​

We require a human resources management system (HRMS) that provide us an easy and efficient way to manage our HR processes.

Selection description​

We have chosen to use Factorial as our human resources management system, as it allows us:

  • Centralization of HR Processes: we manage all our HR processes in one place, including employee data, contracts, time off requests, and performance reviews. This can save a significant amount of time and effort compared to managing HR manually or using multiple software solutions.

  • Time & Attendance Tracking: Factorial allows us to track employee attendance and hours worked, and easily generate time reports. This helps us to ensure compliance with labor laws (8/2019 Spanish law) and avoid costly penalties.

  • Recruitment Management: Factorial has features to manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. This can help streamline our recruitment process and find the best candidates for our team.

  • Performance Management: Factorial allows us to set and track employee goals, manage performance reviews, and provide feedback. This helps to ensure that employees are aligned with our objectives and performing to the best of their abilities.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Factorial provides analytics and reporting capabilities that helps us gain insights into our team's performance, employee engagement, and other HR metrics. This helps us make data-driven decisions to improve our business.

Validation​

Although we have not used all the functionalities of the platform yet, as the recruitment module, Factorial has demonstrated to be a great choice for us that need an easy-to-use and cost-effective HRMS to manage our growing team.

No significant risks identified for this process. Factorial is a compliant HRMS platform suitable for our HR management needs.
