Selection description​

We have chosen to use Google Mail as our email service as it offers a wide range of features and benefits that can be very useful for us:

  • Reliability: Google Mail has a reputation for being a reliable email service with minimal downtime. This is important for businesses like ours that rely on email for communication with clients and customers.

  • Security: Google Mail has a number of security features, including two-factor authentication and spam filtering, that can help protect our business from cyber threats.

  • Integration: Google Mail can be integrated with other Google services, such as Google Drive and Google Calendar, which can make it easy to collaborate and share documents with team members.

  • Cost: Google Mail is a free email service for personal use, and businesses can use it for free as well for up to a certain number of email accounts. This is a cost-effective option for us, as a small startup, that are looking to minimize expenses.

  • Accessibility: Google Mail can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, which is really convenient for remote workers or employees who need to check their email on-the-go.
