Declaration of interest​

This declaration of interests is made and signed to document the possible conflicts of interest of M.D. Constanza Balboni, with NIE Y8971317C, as a participant of the clinical evaluation conducted by AI LABS GROUP S.L. for the Legit.Health Plus medical device, and with the following education and professional career:

  • Medical doctor trained at the Hospital Universitario Austral (Argentina), with specializations in Dermatology from the Hospital B. Rivadavia, Phlebology & Lymphology from the Sociedad Argentina de Flebología y Linfología (both from Argentina) and a Master’s degree in Medical Aesthetics from UDIMA (Córdoba, Spain). Diploma in Clinical Dermatology, Trichology, and Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dermatology from CILAD.
  • Several years of clinical experience, including appointment as Head of the Department of Ulcers and Chronic Wounds at the
  • Hospital B. Rivadavia.
  • Assistant professor of Dermatology at the University of Buenos Aires and the degree of Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dermatology from CILAD.
  • Member of the medical team at DermoMedic Clinic in Spain.
  • Medical advisor at Legit.Health.

M.D. Constanza Balboni, at present and in the previous months to this evaluation (from 2023), receives economics income in compensation for his work within the organization, not being his main professional activity.

Being certain all the information related regarding to the interests specified previously, M.S. Constanza Balboni certifies, under their responsibility, their technical independence in the realization of the clinical evaluation of the device.
