Description​

Upon a user-initiated request to perform an Urticaria Control Test (UCT) assessment, the system shall calculate a disease control score based on user-provided answers. The system shall perform the following integrated actions:

  1. Parse user input: The system parses the user's answer for each of the four UCT questionnaire items.
  2. Calculate score: The system shall calculate the final, composite UCT score by summing the points associated with the user's answers for all four questions.
  3. Assemble report: Generate and display a structured report that consolidates the assessment results. The report shall contain the following clearly labelled data points:
    • The final UCT score and its corresponding interpretation (e.g., "Poorly controlled").
    • A list of all four UCT questions and the corresponding answer provided by the user.
