Description​

The system shall structure the results of validated composite severity indices within the patientEvolution object of the DiagnosticReport.

For each applicable scoring system (e.g., apasi, auas), the system shall create a dedicated object. This object shall contain:

  • A score object, which includes the final calculated value and its clinical interpretation.
  • An item object, which breaks down the components of the score. This includes both user-reported values (e.g., pruritus) and system-calculated values (e.g., desquamation, erythema).
