Release of image rights​

In my own name and right, I state freely and voluntarily that I transfer the rights regarding my image to you, the company AI Labs Group SL, with ID number B95988127 and address in Torres Quevedo, Bilbao, 48013, free of charge, in accordance with the following clauses:

  1. I assign to you all rights in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, on the contents of frames, phonograms or audiovisual content regarding your participation in the preparation of photographs or recordings of a video produced by or for you, with all the legally permitted extension at a temporal and territorial level, being able to freely make use of all of said rights.
  2. This transfer is made non-exclusively, for any purpose and modality of use or exploitation (including reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication and making available to the public), through any means, form, procedure or system, for all the territories of the world and for the maximum term of protection of such rights, without limitation of any kind, with the power to assign and authorize use to any third party and to request its registration in any registry.
  3. I expressly consents, and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Own Image, the use and exploitation by you of my image without any limitation on the content produced by or for you in which I have participated.

The processing of my personal data is necessary to manage the transfer of the rights. In this regard, I have been informed by you that I can, at any time, exercise my rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and opposition by writing to you. Likewise, I am aware that I can consult the national Agency for Data Protection.
