T-005-011 Assignment of Image Rights

Why do we need this?

When we do team building activities or go to events, we often take photos or videos of the team. To capture these moments and share them on our social media, we need to ensure that everyone is comfortable with their image being used. This form allows us to obtain consent from each team member regarding the use of their image.

No, signing this form is not mandatory. However, if you choose not to sign it, your image will not be used in any of our social media posts or marketing materials. This is to respect your privacy and ensure that you are comfortable with how your image is shared.

Assignment of Image Rights

This agreement is made on 08/08/2025 in Bilbao, between AI Labs Group, S.L. (hereinafter, "the Company") and Michael Scott (hereinafter, "the Employee"), residing at Scranton, PA 18503 with ID number 123456.

Authorization and Consent

The Employee hereby grants the Company authorization to capture, record, and use their image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and other media formats. This consent is for the purpose of the Company's internal and external marketing and promotional activities.

Scope of Use

The Employee grants the Company the right to use and distribute these materials on a worldwide, royalty-free basis, for the maximum duration permitted by law. The primary uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Company websites and mobile applications.
  • Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

The Company reserves the right to assign or license these rights to third parties as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.

Intellectual Property

Should any intellectual property rights arise from the Employee's participation as a performer, the Employee exclusively assigns all such rights to the Company. This includes rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation across all media, worldwide, and for the maximum legal term.

Data Protection and Privacy

This assignment is governed by the Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5. The Employee's image, considered personal data, will be processed for the promotional purposes outlined herein. The Employee has the right to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time by contacting legal@legit.health.
  • Exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability of their data.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they believe their rights have been infringed.

By signing below, the Employee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this document.
