Doubts, questions and issues
These are certain issues that need to be solved or clarified in order to clearly define this project.
Any doubt or comment clarified in this section must be accompanied by a modification in its respective section.
- Opt-Out Clause: CUF has requested an "early exit" option after the first 50 checks. We need to define the KPIs and Gold Standard (e.g., comparison against a single dermatologist vs. a panel) that will define "expected performance" before finalizing this clause.
- Training Sessions: The exact number of training sessions required for practitioners needs to be formally agreed upon.

Clinical Workflows
This section provides the implementation guidelines and clinical logic for the PT CUF Hospitais project.
System Architecture & Logic
Phase 1: Diagnosis Support via Iframe (neither integrated nor embedded)
During the 6-month pilot, the Legit.Health iframe will be accessed directly via a URL and will not be embedded in or integrated with the CUF Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The response and results will not appear automatically in the EHR; instead, clinicians will need to download the diagnostic PDF report and manually add it to the patient record as part of their standard process.
Interaction Flow (Phase 1)
Phase 2: Full Integration
Following a successful pilot, Phase 2 will involve integrating the solution directly into the patient app and/or EHR, using the following flows:
Patient Screening via Patient App (Phase 2)
Triage & Referral Logic (Phase 2)
Based on the device's triage response, patients are routed either to Primary Care or Secondary Care.
Diagnosis Support & Severity Assessment via EHR (Phase 2)
For healthcare professionals, the device is integrated directly into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
